  • CUTTING-EDGE LOCATION TECHNOLOGY

The app uses Bluetooth signals to allow clubbers to communicate with each other offline - without wifi or mobile reception.

The app also uses high accuracy micro-location technology, providing users with indoor mapping and Wayfinding. This technology provides a digitised floor plan and can track the flow and location of people, seamlessly integrating with users’ wider location within cities.

  • STRONG PARTNERSHIPS

The Night Time Industry Association is an official partner and stakeholder in Where You At along with Save Nightlife.

They represent the UK’s nightlife industry and speak for 8% of the UK’s workforce. They give us an unparalleled insight into the experiences of independent bars, nightclub and restaurant owners, pubs, festival and live music event operators.

Where You At is partnering with a number of venues to test our app technology in. These are our ‘SafeVenues’ and are early partners in our journey.

  • RESEARCH, REPORTS, WRITING AND ACTIVISM

Where You At conducts its own research into nightlife safety and produces reports on its work.

Whilst also campaigning for nightlife safety changes, we are also officially partnered with the Night Time Industries Association and are part of the Safety At Night Taskforce, helping to produce a report on Women’s Safety at Night.
